The hotel was beautifully decorated and ideally located, but
I found the noise levels from the street to be distracting at times, especially during late hours. The staff were cute and helped make arrangements for my outings, which I greatly appreciated.

Nice building and rooms with WONDERFUL sheets. Location very close to Retiro near Plaza San Martin, the port for Buquebus and Uruguay and the key sights in the centre of BA. Nearby Basa Bar & Restaurant - great place to chill out.

my favourite property in buenos aires. well priced and charming small place in the heart of buenos aires. very good service, incredible breakfast with gluten free options and custom coffee & eggs. very friendly staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. central location close to the ferry to uruguay. and really close to good restaurants, a beautiful park, a walking distance from the pedestrian zone and a taxi booked by the front desk.

Staying at carles was amazing! The location is perfect, just steps away from san martin park, and you can easily visit nearby spots. Our room was the executive queen room. It was clean, comfortable, and well sound-isolated. The reception team was attentive. They even let us check in early after a long bus ride, a thoughtful touch!

I thoroughly enjoyed my spacious room with its comfortable bed. The staff were attentive, providing warm hospitality and helpful local tips.
A few more hot breakfast options would be nice.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast left much to be desired. Although it was included, the limited variety made it unexciting, and I expected more hot options. The cleanliness of the room had some issues, as I found hair in the bathroom and on my bed, unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Couple's perfect retreat
The staff was super friendly, just like that one time when the receptionist helped us find the best local taco spot, it was on point. The bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby after a long day of sightseeing.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

The Superior Double Room features well sound-isolated walls that provided a cozy escape from the city's bustling streets. Clean, comfortable accommodations made it a relaxing home base after days packed with exploration.
The hotel offers a complimentary 500ml bottle of water, but if that runs out, they won't replace it until it's finished, which feels a bit stingy. The breakfast area is located below street level without windows. I also experienced occasional noise from an air circulator, particularly at night, which could disrupt sleep.

This hotel had a fantastic location with friendly staff and a good breakfast spread, making it convenient to explore the area. Although the room was a bit small, everything was clean and well arranged, but the lack of restaurant on-site was a minor drawback.
